LAUKI MUTHIYA




INGREDIENTS:
  • Lauki (bottlegourd) -1 medium
  • Milo flour(jowar flour) -1/2 cup
  • wheat flour -1/2 cup
  • Chickpeas flour -1/4 cup
  • Semolina -4tbsp
  • Ginger paste -1tsp
  • Green chilly paste -1tsp
  • Sesame seeds -3tbsp
  • Tumeric powder -1/4tsp
  • Sugar -1&1/2 tsp
  • yogurt -2tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil -3tbsp
  • Cilantro  - a handful
  • Water as needed


PREPARATIONS:


Grate lauki and remove the excess of water after grating.
 In wide vessel add all the flour,tumeric powder, sugar and salt  and mix well.
Add ginger paste, green chilly paste,yogurt, oil and sesame seeds.
