Eggless chocolate cupcakes with buttercream frosting

  • All purpose flour - 1& 1/4 cup
  • Corn flour -1 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1tsp
  • Baking soda -1/2 tsp
  • Butter - 4 tbsp 
  • Vanilla essence -1 tsp
  • Cocoa powder -1&1/2 tbsp
  • Condensed milk - 1/2 tin
  • Warm milk -1/2 cup 
Butter Cream Frosting
  • Unsalted butter(softened) -1/4 stick
  • Sugar Icing - 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp

  • Sieve all the flour together.
  • In the wide bowl, add butter and condensed milk and whisk well.
  • Add all the sieved flour and mix well.
  • Now add vanilla essence.Using warm water prepare a smooth cake batter.
  • Preheat the oven at 350F.
  • Grease the cupcakes tray.Pour the  batter into the tray.
  • Bake the tray for about 30 minutes.
  • Take the tray out.Cool for a while and transfer the cupcakes on the cooling rack.
  • For preparation of the frosting.Add softened butter and beat it till smooth.
  • Keep on adding the  icing sugar till you get smooth texture like cream.
  • Add vanilla essence and again mix it well.
  • I have added little yellow colour. You can skip it ,if you do not want it.
  • When the cupcakes are fully cooled, place the frosting on each cupcakes and decorate with your choice.
  • This measure of ingredients can make about 8 cupcakes and 10 mini cupcakes.
  •  Yummy cupcakes are ready to serve.
