INGREDIENTS
- Semolina(Fine) - 1 cup
- Milk - 2 cups
- Banana chunks - 1 cup
- Almonds -10
- Cashew nuts -8
- Raisins -10
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Ghee -1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder -1/2 tsp
PREPARATIONS
- Place the pan on medium flame and add ghee into it.
- Fry the dry fruits into the ghee and keep it aside.
- In the same pan add semolina and fry till semolina changes its colour to light brown.
- Parallely boil the milk in another saucepan.
- When the semolina changes its colour, add boiled milk into semolina.
- Stir well till semolina absorbs the milk.
- Add sugar, banana chunks and fried dry fruits.
- Mix well till sugar mixes well in semolina.
- Close the pan with the lid and cook it on low flame for sometime.
- Banana Sheera is ready to serve hot.
