Mango Smoothie




 INGREDIENTS
  • Mango pieces - 1/2 cup
  • Skim milk -1/2 cup
  • Honey or sugar - 1 tsp





PREPARATION
  • Combine mango pieces, skimmed milk and sugar in a blender and blend it until smooth.
  • If required you can add more milk.
  • More honey can be used for more taste.
  • Pour the mango smoothie into glass and serve chill.
