Kadai Paneer



INGREDIENTS
  • Paneer ,cubed - 1 cup
  • Bellpepper chopped (red,yellow,green,orange) - 1 cup
  • Tomato chopped - 1 big
  • Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds
  • Dry red chillies - 4
  • Coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Tumeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander- cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Kasoori methi - 1/2 tsp
  • Cilantro - 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 3 tbsp



PREPARATION
  • Place the pan on medium flame and add oil into it.
  • When oil heats up, add dry red chillies and coriander seeds.Fry for a minute.
  • Add chopped bellpepper and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Then add chopped tomato and cook till tomato pieces  becomes soft.
  • When tomato pieces cooks ,add all dry spices powder.Mix well.
  • Add cubed paneer and kasoori methi.Cook for about 2 minutes.
  • Lastly sprinkle cilantro and Kadai Paneer is ready to serve hot.
  • Kadai Paneer can be served with naan
