Cinnamon Raisin Booster Tea- Immunity Booster Drink

INGREDIENTS

  • Water - 1 cup
  • Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch
  • Raisins- 5 no's
  • Blackpeppers - 3 nos
  • Tulsi or holy basil - 4 leaves
  • Jaggery powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice -1/4 tsp

METHOD

  • Bring 1 cup water to boil and add all the ingredients expect jaggery and lemon juice.
  • Let the mixture boil and reduce to 3/4 th of the it's quantity.
  • Then add jaggery powder. Allow it to  boil for another 30 to 40 sec.
  • Switch off the flame. 
  • Strain the tea using strainer... Discard the residue, nothing has left in it.
  • The very important - do not discard the pulpy raisins, eat it along with tea. It has lot of benefits as I have mentioned in the description.
  • Add lemon juice and enjoy the tea.
  • You can drink this tea hot or warm.
  • Recommended to take 1 to 2 times per day after the meal.
  • Cinnamon Raisin Booster Tea is ready.
