Neer dosa is one such breakfast recipe which we are never bored of .
We call it as Ghavan in konkani language. They are the savoury crepes made with rice and coconut. They are a wholesome and perfect healthy breakfast.
My daughter is a big fan of this dosa. I remember as a kid, every alternate days, my mom would make this dosa and I was was never tired of its super taste.
Now history has been repeating. Yes , my daughter is so fond of this dosa, I have to make it atleast twice the week.
Its summer and mango taste has been cheering us. So introducing to you the special Mango Neer dosa that has become our favourite now.
Please do not mistaken it as sweet dosa... No I have not added any extra sweetness to dosa.. The goodness of taste is only from natural Unsweetened mango puree..Hence it is nutritious and super healthy meal by itself.
